AI call campaigns

Call every lead in 60 seconds. Book the meeting on the call.

SuperCampaign runs AI call campaigns. A form fill, a tag, or a Calendly event triggers an AI appointment setter that qualifies the lead, checks your calendar live, and books the meeting. SMS and email follow-up run in the same visual workflow.

Our AI agent calls you in about 30 seconds and books a time with our team. By requesting, you agree to one automated demo call. We only use your number for this call.

The first company to call usually wins. It is rarely you.

Leads arrive while your team is on other calls, at lunch, or asleep. By the time someone dials, the lead has booked with whoever answered first.

How it works

An AI appointment-setting workflow in three steps

Every AI call campaign runs on one canvas. No Zapier glue, no separate dialer, no copy-pasting between tools.

  1. 1

    Pick a trigger

New contact, tag added, list change, a Calendly booking or cancellation, or any webhook. Import a CSV and run it against thousands at once.

  2. 2

    Draw the workflow

Wait five minutes. Check whether they already booked. Branch on tags. Loop up to three attempts. Every node is drag and drop.

  3. 3

    The agent calls and books

Your AI voice agent talks naturally, looks up open slots on Calendly, Google Calendar or iClosed, and books the meeting mid-conversation. Texts and emails confirm it.

What you get

Everything an AI appointment setter needs, in one product

The workflow engine, the voice agents, the calendar tools and the follow-up channels are one product, not five subscriptions.

  • Visual workflow builder

Triggers, waits, if/else, loop counters, calendar checks, and outreach nodes on one canvas. Versioned, publishable, and re-runnable.

  • AI voice agents that sound human

Choose the model, voice and transcriber. Fifty-plus languages, voicemail detection, natural turn-taking, and a fallback voice if a provider blips.

  • Books the meeting on the call

Live tools for Calendly, Google Calendar and iClosed: get free slots, book, reschedule, and confirm while the lead is still on the line.

  • SMS and email in the same chain

Send a text before the call and an email after it. Gmail, SendGrid, Resend and Twilio, with merge fields for every contact.

  • Compliance built in

Quiet hours per channel, per-contact opt-outs, and automatic do-not-contact when someone asks. Nothing fires twice thanks to idempotent retries.

  • See every step

A timeline for each run, an org-wide log of every call, text and email, and per-contact history your agent can read mid-call.

What a call sounds like

It books the meeting while the lead is still on the line

The agent reads the contact's history, asks the questions you wrote, pulls live availability, and confirms the slot. Your team wakes up to a full calendar.

FAQ

Questions teams ask before their first call

What is an AI call campaign?

An AI call campaign is a set of outbound phone calls placed by an AI voice agent according to rules you define: who to call, when, how many attempts, and what to do after each outcome. In SuperCampaign a campaign is a visual workflow. A trigger such as a new lead, a tag, or a CSV import starts it, the AI appointment setter calls and books a meeting on your calendar, and SMS or email follow-ups run in the same chain.

What is AI call automation?

AI call automation is the engine underneath an AI call campaign: the triggers, waits, branches, retries, quiet hours and opt-out rules that decide when a call happens and what follows it. SuperCampaign handles all of that so the agent only ever calls the right person at the right time.

Do I need my own Vapi and Twilio accounts?

Yes. You connect your Vapi API key and your Twilio numbers, and you pay those providers directly at their rates. SuperCampaign does not mark up call minutes, which keeps costs transparent as you scale.

Which calendars can the agent book into?

Calendly, Google Calendar, and iClosed. The agent can look up free slots, create the booking, search existing meetings, and cancel or rebook, all while the lead is on the call.

How quickly can it call a new lead?

Within seconds of the trigger. Most teams add a short wait so the lead has finished submitting the form, then the call goes out. If all your call slots are busy the run waits its turn instead of dropping.

Is it compliant with calling rules?

SuperCampaign enforces quiet hours per channel in your organization's timezone, honours per-contact opt-outs for calls, SMS and email, and sets a contact to do-not-call automatically when they ask the agent to stop. You remain responsible for obtaining consent under TCPA and the laws where you operate.

Can it send text messages and emails too?

Yes. Send SMS through Twilio and email through Gmail, SendGrid or Resend from the same workflow, with merge fields like the contact's first name and company.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. Create an account, connect your providers, and publish your first workflow without a credit card.
