A Synthflow alternative for teams that want the campaign, not just the agent

Synthflow builds enterprise voice agents, and it starts at an enterprise contract. SuperCampaign starts free. You draw the campaign around the call, text before, AI appointment setter, calendar booking on the call, retries and callbacks after, and you pay Vapi and Twilio directly at their rates.

Our AI agent calls you in about 30 seconds and books a time with our team. By requesting, you agree to one automated demo call. We only use your number for this call.

  • Free plan, no contract
  • Books on Calendly, Google Calendar or iClosed
  • Bring your own Vapi and Twilio keys

Credit where due

What Synthflow does well

Give credit where it is due. Synthflow is a mature enterprise platform and some of what it offers we do not.

  • Inbound and outbound

Synthflow answers the phone as well as dials it, with routing, escalation and handoff logic. SuperCampaign is outbound only today.

  • Integration breadth

Two hundred-plus connections including HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel and Zapier. We offer an API, which covers most lead sources but needs a little wiring.

  • Enterprise packaging

Contract-scoped SLAs, MSA and DPA support, security review, implementation and launch support. If your procurement team needs those documents, Synthflow has them ready.

  • Certifications

SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI DSS and GDPR, with region-based hosting. We encrypt credentials and gate access by role, but we do not hold those certifications yet.

  • White-label resale

Agencies can deploy Synthflow agents under their own brand. SuperCampaign supports multiple client workspaces but not white-labelling.

The difference

Where SuperCampaign is different

We built one thing carefully: the outbound campaign that turns a new lead into a booked meeting, without a contract to get started.

  1. 1

    The campaign is the product

Synthflow's Flow Designer shapes what happens inside a call. Our canvas shapes what happens around it: the text that lands first, the sixty-second wait, the calendar check that skips leads who already booked, the retry cadence, the callback at the time the lead asked, the confirmation email. One published workflow, every lead treated the same.

  2. 2

    Start free, publish today

There is no sales call between you and your first campaign. Create an account, connect Vapi, Twilio and a calendar, draw five nodes, publish. The demo-call form on this page is exactly that campaign.

  3. 3

    Your providers, their prices

You connect your own Vapi key and Twilio numbers and pay those providers directly. SuperCampaign adds no per-minute markup, and because the keys are yours, so is the data and the exit.

  4. 4

iClosed, alongside Calendly and Google Calendar

High-ticket coaching and agency teams book on iClosed. Our agent has native get-slots, book and search tools for it. We have not seen iClosed named on Synthflow's public integration lists.

  5. 5

    Campaign guardrails, not just certifications

Quiet hours per channel in your timezone, per-contact opt-outs, automatic do-not-call when a lead asks the agent to stop, and caps on how often a callback can be pushed. These are the rules that keep an outbound campaign polite, and they are on by default.

Honest answer

When you should stay with Synthflow

A comparison page that only sells is not worth your time. Stay where you are if any of these apply.

  • You need the agent to answer inbound calls, not only place outbound ones.
  • Your lead flow lives in HubSpot, Salesforce or GoHighLevel and you want a native connector rather than an API.
  • You resell voice agents under your own brand.
  • Procurement requires SOC 2 or HIPAA certification before you can sign.
  • You are already on a Synthflow contract that is performing, and the switching cost outweighs the savings.

Try it in parallel

Trying SuperCampaign alongside Synthflow

You do not have to migrate anything to find out. Run one campaign in parallel and compare booked meetings.

  1. 1

    Export one segment

Pull a few hundred leads from your CRM as a CSV: new inbound from the last month, or a reactivation list you have not called.

  2. 2

Connect Vapi, Twilio and your calendar

Add your existing Vapi key and Twilio numbers on the Connections page. Authorize Calendly or Google Calendar, or paste an iClosed key.

  3. 3

    Draw the speed-to-lead campaign

Contact created, send SMS, wait sixty seconds, AI call, loop counter. Attach the calendar tools to the agent and write the script in your own words.

  4. 4

Import with a tag and publish

The CSV wizard applies a campaign tag on import. Publishing starts the runs. Quiet hours and your concurrent-call limit pace the calls.

  5. 5

    Compare the logs

Every call, outcome, transcript and booking is on the logs page. Count meetings booked per hundred leads and decide with numbers.

FAQ

Questions about switching from Synthflow

Is SuperCampaign a direct replacement for Synthflow?

For outbound appointment-setting campaigns, yes. For inbound call handling, contact-centre routing or white-label resale, no. Synthflow covers those and SuperCampaign does not today.

Why is there such a price gap?

Different models. Synthflow sells enterprise contracts that bundle telephony, support and implementation, starting at $30,000 a year per its pricing page. SuperCampaign has a free plan and lets you pay Vapi and Twilio directly, so you carry provider costs at their rates and nothing on top.

Can I keep my Vapi account?

Yes, and you should. SuperCampaign connects to your existing Vapi key and places calls through it. Your agents, minutes and billing stay in your Vapi account.

Does SuperCampaign have a no-code builder?

Yes. Campaigns are drawn on a canvas and every node is configured with forms. The API exists for pushing contacts in from your own form or CRM, not for building campaigns.

What about compliance?

SuperCampaign enforces quiet hours per channel, honours opt-outs and applies do-not-call automatically when a lead asks. Provider credentials are encrypted at rest and access is role-based. We do not currently hold SOC 2 or HIPAA certification; Synthflow states that it does. If those are required, Synthflow is the safer choice today.

Is the information about Synthflow on this page accurate?
