AI lead qualification calls that ask your questions and route the hot leads to a human

Every new lead gets a short call from an AI appointment setter that asks the qualifying questions you wrote. Leads that fit are booked onto a closer's calendar on the spot. The rest are tagged for nurture, so your team only talks to people worth talking to.

Our AI agent calls you in about 30 seconds and books a time with our team. By requesting, you agree to one automated demo call. We only use your number for this call.

Qualification is repetitive, time-sensitive and easy to skip when the calendar is full. That is exactly the kind of work an agent should do before a human ever picks up.

How the campaign runs

What the campaign does with every new lead

One published workflow asks, decides, books or nurtures, and writes the whole thing to the contact record.

  1. 10:00

    The lead arrives

A form, your CRM or a CSV import creates the contact. The campaign starts on contact created, or on a tag if you only want to qualify certain sources.

  2. 20:05

    A text sets expectations

“Hi Sarah, Riley from Northstar here. Thanks for reaching out. Calling in a moment to ask two quick questions so we send the right person.”

  3. 31:05

The AI appointment setter asks your questions

Riley asks the two or three questions you wrote, in plain language, and listens for the answers. The script tells the agent exactly what counts as a fit.

  4. 4Fits

A qualified lead is booked on the call

If the answers match your rules, Riley pulls live availability and books the lead onto the right closer's calendar. The invite goes out while they are still talking.

  5. 5Doesn't fit

The rest go to nurture, politely

No slot is offered. The workflow sees no booking, tags the contact nurture, sends a helpful email, and stops calling. The transcript stays on the record for later.

What the call sounds like

Two questions, one decision, a booking on the call

The agent asks only what you told it to ask, decides against the rules you wrote, and books when the lead fits. When they don't, it ends warmly and hands them to nurture.

  1. Hi Sarah, this is Riley from Northstar. You asked about our paid ads service a few minutes ago. Two quick questions so I can point you to the right person. Are you running ads today?

  2. Yes, mostly Google, some Meta.

  3. Great. And roughly what are you spending a month across both?

  4. About eight thousand.

  5. That's right in the range we work with. Marcus runs our strategy calls for accounts your size. He has Thursday at 2:30 or Friday at 10. Which works?

  6. Friday at 10.

  7. You're booked with Marcus on Friday at 10. The invite is on its way, and I've noted your current spend so he comes prepared.

Who it's for

Who runs lead qualification campaigns

Any team where a few answers decide whether a lead deserves a closer's hour.

  • Agencies

Budget, current channels and timeline. Leads that fit are booked with a strategist; the rest get a resources email.

  • Solar and home services

Homeowner, roof age, monthly bill. Qualified leads get an assessment booked; renters get a polite no.

  • Coaches and consultants

Revenue stage, the problem they want solved, and whether they can invest. Fits are booked onto the closer's iClosed calendar.

  • Real estate

Buying or selling, timeline, pre-approval. Serious buyers get a consultation the same week.

  • Insurance and finance

Coverage needs, current provider and renewal date, asked inside your compliance window.

  • Admissions

Program of interest, intake date and eligibility, so counsellors only speak with applicants who can enrol.

Setup

Set it up in an afternoon

Write the questions, write the rule, connect the calendar, publish.

  1. 1

    Connect your lead source

Point your form or CRM at the API with an org API key, or use a webhook trigger. For lists, import a CSV and let the campaign work through it.

  2. 2

Write the questions and the rule

Two or three questions in plain language, and a sentence that tells the agent when to offer a slot: for example, only if the lead owns the home and spends over $150 a month.

  3. 3

    Attach the calendar tools

Add the Calendly, Google Calendar or iClosed get-slots and book-meeting tools to the agent, pointed at the closer or event type that should receive qualified leads.

  4. 4

    Branch on the booking

After the call, a check-meeting node splits qualified from nurture. Add tag nodes for each branch and an email node for the handoff or the nurture message.

  5. 5

    Publish and read the transcripts

Every run shows the call outcome and the transcript on the contact's timeline, so you can tune the questions after the first week of real answers.

FAQ

Questions about lead qualification campaigns

How does the agent decide who is qualified?

You tell it, in the script. The agent asks the questions you wrote and only offers a meeting slot when the answers meet the rule you gave it. Because booking happens through calendar tools, the workflow can see whether a booking exists and route the lead accordingly.

Where do the answers end up?

The full transcript and the call outcome are saved on the contact's activity timeline, and the workflow applies tags such as qualified or nurture. If you need individual answers as structured fields in another system, use the API to read the transcript and map them there.

Can it route hot leads to a specific closer?

Yes. Point the booking tool at that closer's calendar or Calendly event type. You can also add an email or SMS node after the qualified branch to notify the closer with the lead's details.

What happens to leads that don't qualify?

No slot is offered and the call ends politely. The workflow tags the contact nurture, sends the email you wrote, and does not call again. The contact stays in your lists for future campaigns.

Can it qualify an existing list, not just new leads?

Yes. Import a CSV, apply a tag on import, and trigger the campaign on that tag. The workflow respects your call concurrency limit, quiet hours and opt-outs while it works through the list.

Is it compliant to call leads for qualification?

SuperCampaign enforces quiet hours per channel, honours opt-outs, and sets do-not-call automatically when a lead asks the agent to stop. You remain responsible for obtaining consent to be called when the lead submits their details, as TCPA and local laws require.
