The AI appointment setter for real estate teams that makes you the first agent who calls
Most buyers work with the first agent who responds, and most agents take hours. SuperCampaign calls a new lead within a minute, asks whether they are buying or selling, when, and whether they are pre-approved, and books the consultation or showing from your calendar on the call.
- Calls within 60 seconds, day or night
- Buyer and seller scripts

The buyer has already chosen an agent. It was whoever called first.
Portal leads, sign calls and open-house sign-ins arrive while you are showing houses. By the time you dial, the lead has spoken to someone else and stopped looking.

The script
The questions a good ISA asks in the first minute
Put them in the script. The agent asks them consistently and books only when the answers say the lead is real.
1“Are you looking to buy, sell, or both?”
Routes to the right script and the right calendar. Sellers get a valuation appointment, buyers a consultation.
2“What's your timeline?”
Under three months books now. Six months or more is tagged for a nurture sequence instead of a slot.
3“Have you spoken with a lender, or do you have a pre-approval?”
Pre-approved buyers get the next available consultation. Others are offered an introduction to a lender first.
On the call
What a real estate qualifying call sounds like
Buy or sell, timeline, pre-approval, booking. Ninety seconds.
Illustrative transcript.
Hi Sarah, this is Riley with the Northstar team. You asked about the listing on Maple Avenue a moment ago. Is now a bad time?
No, it's fine. I'm just starting to look.
Great. Are you thinking of buying in the next few months, and have you had a chance to speak with a lender yet?
Hoping to move by spring. We got pre-approved last week.
Perfect. Marcus can walk you through Maple Avenue and a couple of similar homes. He has Saturday at 11 or Sunday at 2. Which suits?
Saturday.
Saturday at 11 it is. The invite is on its way, and I'll text you the address the morning of.
Before you publish
Calling leads in real estate: what to set before you publish
Portal leads come with consent; purchased and scraped lists do not. Set these before the first campaign.
Consent by source
A lead who enquired on a listing has consented to be contacted about it. Expired, FSBO and purchased lists usually have not; scrub them against the Do Not Call Registry and check your state's rules before calling.
Calling hours
Set the call window to close at 9 pm in the lead's local time. Weekend calling is common in real estate; keep it inside the same hours.
Identify the brokerage
Many states require the brokerage name on first contact. Put it in the first sentence of the script.
Recording
If your voice provider records calls, add consent language for two-party-consent states.

Setup
Set it up in an afternoon
Connect your lead sources, write two scripts, publish.
- 1
Connect your lead sources
Portal leads through their webhook or email-parsing tool, your website form through the API, open-house sign-ins as a CSV.
- 2
Connect Vapi, Twilio and calendars
One calendar or Calendly event type per agent so the setter books straight into the right diary.
- 3
Write buyer and seller scripts
Two agents in the studio, or one script with a branch. Tag leads by source so the right one runs.
- 4
Draw the campaign
Contact created, send SMS, wait sixty seconds, AI call, loop counter. Add an if/else on the buyer or seller tag if you use two agents.
- 5
Publish and check the calendar on Monday
The logs page shows every call, outcome and transcript; the calendar shows the result.
FAQ
Questions from real estate agents and teams
Does it work with Zillow, Realtor.com or other portal leads?
Yes, wherever the portal can send the lead: a webhook, an email that your parsing tool turns into an API call, or a CRM that fires a webhook. SuperCampaign accepts contacts through its API and signed webhooks.
Can it book showings, not just consultations?
It books whatever the calendar tools point at. Use a Calendly event type or a Google Calendar per agent for showings and another for consultations.
Does it handle seller leads differently?
Yes, with a separate script or a branch in the same one. Sellers are asked about timeline and the property, and booked into a valuation appointment.
What about leads that are six months out?
The agent does not offer a slot; the workflow tags them for nurture and stops calling. Reactivate the list later with a database reactivation campaign.
Is AI calling allowed in real estate?
With consent, and within calling hours and do-not-call rules, yes. Some states require the brokerage name on first contact; put it in the script. See the calling compliance page.
How much does it cost per lead?
SuperCampaign has a free plan; you pay Vapi and Twilio for minutes at their rates. A ninety-second call is a small fraction of a portal lead's price.
