Database reactivation campaigns that turn old leads into booked meetings

Upload the list you stopped calling. SuperCampaign texts each contact, calls them with an AI appointment setter, books the ones who are ready now, and tags the rest. It works through thousands of contacts inside your quiet hours and call limits, and it never calls anyone who opted out.

Our AI agent calls you in about 30 seconds and books a time with our team. By requesting, you agree to one automated demo call. We only use your number for this call.

How the campaign runs

What the campaign does with a list of 2,000 old leads

One import, one published workflow. The engine paces the calls so your numbers, your agent and your team are never overwhelmed.

  1. 1Day 0

    Import the list

Upload a CSV, map the columns, match existing contacts by phone or email, and apply a campaign tag on import. The tag is what starts the workflow for each contact.

  2. 2+1 min

    Texts go out first

“Hi Sarah, Riley from Northstar Coaching. You asked about the program a while back. Still on your list this year? I'll give you a quick call later today.” Texts respect your SMS quiet hours.

  3. 3+2 hrs

The agent calls, a few at a time

Calls are placed up to your concurrency limit and queued behind it. A 2,000-contact list is worked through steadily over days, not blasted in an hour.

  4. 4Ready

    Booked on the call

If the lead is interested now, Riley pulls live availability and books the meeting. If they ask to be called next month, the workflow schedules the callback and parks the run.

  5. 5Not now

    Tagged, not nagged

Not interested, wrong number or no answer after the retry: the contact is tagged and the campaign stops. Anyone who asks not to be called is set to do-not-call automatically.

What the call sounds like

A check-in call with an easy way out and an easy way in

The agent says how it knows the lead, asks one honest question, and either books or lets them go. No pressure, no script that sounds like a script.

Riley · Northstar CoachingIllustrative transcript
  1. Hi Sarah, it's Riley from Northstar Coaching. You joined our workshop back in the spring and asked about the program. I'm just checking in: is growing the business still on your list this year, or has that moved on?

  2. Honestly, yes. The timing was just bad back then.

  3. That happens. If it's useful, Marcus has a couple of open strategy slots this week, Thursday at 2:30 or Friday at 10. Want to grab one, no commitment?

  4. Friday at 10 would be good.

  5. Done, you're booked with Marcus on Friday at 10. The invite is on its way and I'll text you a reminder that morning.

Who it's for

Who runs database reactivation campaigns

Anyone with a spreadsheet of people who once raised their hand.

  • Coaches and consultants

Webinar attendees, old application forms and past discovery calls become strategy calls booked on iClosed or Calendly.

  • Agencies

Proposals that went quiet and past clients get a check-in call and a booked strategy session when the timing is right.

  • Solar and home services

Old quotes and un-booked assessments are called again when incentives, prices or seasons change.

  • Real estate

Past enquiries and open-house sign-ins are worked through before the next listing goes live.

  • Insurance and finance

Lapsed quotes and upcoming renewals get a call inside your compliance window, with every outcome logged.

  • Admissions

Previous applicants and enquiries from last intake are called ahead of the next one.

Setup

Set it up in an afternoon

Clean the list, import it, draw the campaign, let it run.

  1. 1

    Clean the list

Export from your CRM with phone numbers in international format and a column for anyone who already opted out. Remove anyone you have no lawful basis to call.

  2. 2

    Import with a campaign tag

Use the CSV wizard: map the columns, match by phone so existing contacts are updated rather than duplicated, and add a tag such as reactivation-q3. Leave “run automations for imported contacts” switched on.

  3. 3

Draw the campaign on the tag trigger

Tag added, send SMS, wait two hours, AI call, add tag. Set quiet hours per channel in your organization's timezone and check the call concurrency limit.

  4. 4

    Write an honest script

Say how you know them, ask one question, and give them an easy out. Attach the calendar tools so the agent can book anyone who is ready.

  5. 5

    Publish and watch the logs

The logs page shows every text and call with its outcome. Failed import rows can be downloaded and fixed. Booked, not-now and unreachable tags let you segment the results.

FAQ

Questions about database reactivation campaigns

How large a list can it work through?

As large as you have. The importer uploads in chunks of a thousand rows with retries, and the workflow engine paces calls to your concurrency limit, so a list of tens of thousands is worked through steadily over days rather than all at once.

Will it blast everyone at the same time?

No. Calls are placed up to the concurrent-call limit you set and queued behind it. Combined with the wait node and per-channel quiet hours, the campaign spreads naturally across your calling windows.

What about people who don't want to be called?

Contacts flagged as opted out in your CSV are never called. During a call, if someone asks not to be contacted, the agent's structured output sets them to do-not-call automatically and the workflow stops. Opt-outs are honoured across every future campaign.

What if a lead says call me next month?

The agent captures the requested callback time. The workflow parks the run and calls back at that time, within the callback limits you set, instead of treating the lead as lost.

How do I see what happened to each contact?

Every text and call appears on the org-wide logs page and on the contact's own timeline, with outcome and transcript. Tags applied by the workflow let you filter booked, not-now and unreachable contacts for the next step.

Is calling an old database compliant?

SuperCampaign enforces quiet hours, honours opt-outs and applies do-not-call automatically when asked. Whether you may call a given contact depends on the consent and relationship you have with them under TCPA and the laws where you operate, which remains your responsibility. Clean the list before you import it.
