The AI appointment setter agencies run for every client, from one login
You generate the leads. The client's team is supposed to call them, and does not. SuperCampaign lets you run the follow-up too: one organization per client, their Twilio numbers and calendars connected, a campaign drawn once and published for each, and a per-client logs page you can show on the monthly call.
- One organization per client, with roles
- Client's own numbers, calendars and keys

You delivered the leads. The client took nine hours to call them. Guess who gets blamed.
Agencies live or die on the client's follow-up, which they do not control. Running the first call yourself turns lead delivery into meeting delivery, and a churn risk into a retainer.

Campaigns
Three campaigns marketing and lead-generation agencies run
Each is a published workflow with a full guide. Start from the one that matches where your leads leak.
Speed to lead
Every client's ad or landing-page lead gets a text and a call inside a minute, from the client's own number.

Lead qualification
The agent asks the client's three questions and books only leads that fit, so the client's calendar fills with the right people.

The script
How the agency setup differs from a single business
The product is multi-tenant by design. These are the parts that matter when you run it for others.
1“Whose numbers, whose keys?”
Each client organization holds its own Twilio numbers, Vapi key and calendar connections, encrypted and separate. Calls come from the client's number, and the client can take the account with them if they leave.
2“Who can see what?”
Your team members are owners or admins across client organizations. A client can be added as a viewer or member of their own organization and see their logs without touching your other clients.
3“How do I reuse a campaign?”
Export a workflow as JSON from one organization and import it into the next. Change the script, the calendar and the numbers; the structure carries over.
On the call
What a client's lead hears
The client's name, the client's script, the client's calendar. Your agency is invisible to the lead and visible in the report.
Illustrative transcript for one client organization.
Hi Sarah, this is Riley from Northstar Solar. You just requested a quote. Is now an OK time?
Yes, fine.
Do you own the home, and roughly what's your monthly electric bill?
We own it. About two hundred.
Great. Marcus can do a roof assessment Thursday at 2:30 or Friday at 10. Which works?
Friday.
You're booked for Friday at 10. Invite's on its way.
Before you publish
Running calls for clients: what to set before you publish
When you call on a client's behalf, both of you carry responsibility. Set these per organization.
Consent belongs to the client's form
The lead consented to hear from the client, not from you. Make sure the client's form language covers automated calls, and keep the record in the client's organization.
Quiet hours per client
Each organization has its own timezone and quiet hours. A client in Denver and a client in Sydney do not share a window.
Do-not-call per client
Opt-outs are scoped to the organization. A lead who opts out of one client's calls is not automatically opted out of another's; scrub lists per client.
Put it in your contract
Who owns the numbers, who scrubs lists, who answers a complaint. Decide before the first campaign, not after.

Setup
Onboard a client in an hour
Once you have done it twice, it is a checklist.
- 1
Create the client's organization
One organization per client with its own timezone and quiet hours. Add your team as admins.
- 2
Connect the client's providers
Their Twilio numbers, a Vapi key, and their Calendly, Google Calendar or iClosed. Credentials stay in their organization.
- 3
Configure the agent
The client's name, voice and script. Copy a script from a similar client and change the specifics.
- 4
Import the campaign
Import your standard workflow JSON, point the nodes at the client's numbers and calendar, and publish.
- 5
Connect the lead source and report
Point the client's form or your CRM at the organization's API key or webhook. The logs page becomes the monthly report.
FAQ
Questions from marketing and lead-generation agencies
Can I white-label it?
Not today. Leads hear the client's name because the script says it, but the application itself carries the SuperCampaign brand. If white-labelling is a requirement, say so on a demo call and we will tell you where it sits on the roadmap.
Is there per-seat or per-client pricing?
There is a free plan with no per-seat or per-organization charge today. Each client pays their own Vapi and Twilio usage through their own accounts. Talk to us about agency setups with many organizations.
Can clients log in?
Yes, as members or viewers of their own organization. They see their logs and contacts and nothing else.
How do I copy a campaign between clients?
Export the workflow as JSON, import it into the client's organization, and re-point the number, agent and calendar fields.
Does it integrate with my CRM or GoHighLevel?
Through the API and signed webhooks. Any system that can post a contact can start a campaign; GoHighLevel's Custom Webhook action, for example, can hand a lead straight into a client organization.
Who is responsible for compliance, the agency or the client?
Legally it can be both. Keep consent records in the client's organization, scrub lists per client, set quiet hours per client, and put the division of responsibility in your contract. The calling compliance page lists what the product enforces.
