Speed to lead software that calls every new lead in 60 seconds

The moment a lead submits a form, SuperCampaign texts them, calls them with an AI appointment setter, and books the meeting on the call. No SDR on shift, no dialer, no waiting until Monday.

Our AI agent calls you in about 30 seconds and books a time with our team. By requesting, you agree to one automated demo call. We only use your number for this call.

Every minute you wait, the lead is talking to someone else

Speed to lead is the time between a lead raising their hand and a human, or an agent, talking to them. Most teams measure it in hours. The leads measure it in seconds.

How the campaign runs

What the campaign does in the first five minutes

One published workflow. Every new lead gets the same treatment, at 2pm or 2am, inside the quiet hours you set.

  1. 10:00

    Lead submits the form

Your form, CRM or landing page pushes the contact in through the API or a webhook. The workflow starts on contact created.

  2. 20:05

    A text lands first

“Hi Sarah, Riley from Northstar here. Thanks for reaching out, calling you in a moment.” Pickup rates jump when the call is expected.

  3. 31:05

    The AI appointment setter calls

Riley confirms it is a good time, asks the two or three qualifying questions you wrote, and pulls live availability from your calendar.

  4. 42:30

    Meeting booked on the call

The slot is booked through Calendly, Google Calendar or iClosed. The invite goes out while the lead is still on the line.

  5. 5No answer

    Retry, don't give up

Voicemail detection ends the call cleanly. The loop counter retries up to three times, two hours apart, then tags the lead for a human.

What the call sounds like

A qualifying call that ends with a booking

The agent opens with context the lead recognises, asks only the questions you wrote, and books from live availability. The whole thing takes under two minutes.

Riley · Northstar SolarIllustrative transcript
  1. Hi Sarah, this is Riley from Northstar Solar. You just requested a quote on our site. Did I catch you at an OK time?

  2. Yeah, that was quick. Sure.

  3. Great. Two quick questions so we send the right person: do you own the home, and roughly what's your monthly electric bill?

  4. We own it. Bill's around two hundred a month.

  5. Perfect, that's right in the range we work with. Marcus can do a 20-minute assessment Thursday at 2:30 or Friday at 10. Which works better?

  6. Thursday.

  7. You're booked for Thursday at 2:30. The invite is on its way, and I'll text you a reminder that morning.

Who it's for

Who runs speed-to-lead campaigns

Anyone paying for leads that go cold before a human can dial.

  • Solar and roofing

Leads cost $80 to $300 each and shop three companies at once. The first inspection booked usually wins.

  • Coaches and consultants

Strategy-call requests arrive at night. Riley books them into iClosed or Calendly before the prospect cools off.

  • Agencies

Run one campaign per client workspace, each with its own numbers, calendar and script.

  • Real estate

Buyers and sellers pick the first agent who responds. A one-minute call beats a next-morning email.

  • Admissions

Enquiry forms turn into booked counsellor calls, with follow-up texts for the ones who don't pick up.

  • Insurance and finance

Quote requests get a qualifying call and a booked appointment inside your compliance window.

Setup

Set it up in an afternoon

No code. Connect your accounts, draw the workflow, publish.

  1. 1

    Connect your form

Point your form, landing page or CRM at the SuperCampaign API with an org API key, or give it a signed webhook URL. A CSV import works for batch lists.

  2. 2

Connect Vapi, Twilio and your calendar

Add your Vapi key, your Twilio numbers, and connect Calendly, Google Calendar or iClosed. You pay providers directly at their rates.

  3. 3

    Write the agent's script

Name the agent, pick a voice and model, and write the opener and the qualifying questions in plain language. Attach the calendar tools.

  4. 4

    Draw the campaign

Contact created, send SMS, wait 60 seconds, AI call, loop counter. Set quiet hours per channel in your organization's timezone.

  5. 5

    Publish and watch the runs

Every run shows each step, the call outcome and the transcript. Failed and no-answer leads are tagged for your team.

FAQ

Questions about speed to lead campaigns

What is speed to lead?

Speed to lead is the time between a prospect submitting a form or enquiry and your business making contact. Research consistently shows that contact within the first five minutes multiplies qualification and conversion rates, and that most companies take hours or days.

How fast can SuperCampaign call a new lead?

Within seconds of the contact being created. Most teams send a text first and wait 60 seconds so the lead has finished submitting the form and knows a call is coming. If all your concurrent call slots are busy, the run waits its turn instead of dropping the lead.

What happens if the lead doesn't answer?

Voicemail detection ends the call without leaving an awkward message, or leaves the message you wrote. A loop counter retries the call on the schedule you set, for example three attempts two hours apart, and then tags the contact so a human can follow up.

Will it call people in the middle of the night?

Not unless you want it to. Quiet hours are set per channel in your organization's timezone. A lead that arrives at 11pm is texted immediately if SMS is allowed, and called the moment your calling window opens.

Does it work with my form or CRM?

Yes. Any system that can make an HTTP request can create or upsert a contact through the API with an API key, or fire a webhook trigger. Calendly bookings can also start a campaign directly, and CSV import handles lists.

Is calling leads this way compliant?

SuperCampaign enforces quiet hours, honours per-contact opt-outs, and sets a contact to do-not-call automatically when they ask the agent to stop. You remain responsible for obtaining consent to be called when the lead submits the form, as required by TCPA and the laws where you operate.
