Where iClosed shows up in a campaign

Three places an integration can appear: as the event that starts a run, as a node in the workflow, or as a tool the agent calls mid-conversation.

Triggers

iClosed does not send events. Start campaigns from a contact event, a tag, a Calendly event, a webhook or an import.

Questions about the iClosed integration

What is iClosed and who is this for?

iClosed is a scheduling and sales-call platform used by high-ticket coaches, agencies and closing teams. This integration is for teams who book strategy or discovery calls on iClosed and want an AI setter filling those calendars.

Can the agent book straight into iClosed during the call?

Yes. The agent fetches live slots for the event you chose, offers times, and books the one the lead picks. The confirmation arrives while they are still on the phone.

Can iClosed bookings trigger a campaign?

Not directly today. iClosed does not send events to SuperCampaign. Start confirmation or reminder campaigns from a tag your team applies, or from the API when the booking is created in your CRM.

Can it check whether a lead already booked?

Yes. The check-call node looks up the contact's iClosed calls by email and branches, so leads who already booked are never called about booking.

Can I use Calendly and iClosed together?

Yes. Connect both. Different agents or tools can book into either, and a single workflow can check both calendars.
