How this list was made
This list is published by SuperCampaign, one of the products on it. Every other product's pricing and features come from its own website, reviewed on 17 October 2026, with links at the end. Vendors change prices often; confirm with each one before you decide.
We compared the options on five things a Synthflow buyer usually cares about: what it costs to start, whether it handles inbound and outbound calls, how it books meetings during the call, what happens around the call (retries, texts, callbacks), and what compliance it states. We left out tools we could not source from their own website.
Why teams look for a Synthflow alternative
Synthflow's pricing page now shows one plan: Enterprise, with contracts starting at $30,000 a year, scoped through sales by call volume, concurrency, telephony, integrations and security needs. For a large contact centre that is a normal way to buy. For a coaching business, an agency or a sales team testing AI calls on one funnel, it is a big commitment before the first call.
Synthflow is not a weak product. Its pricing page lists native telephony and SIP trunking, CRM, calendar and contact-centre integrations, implementation support, and badges for SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA and ISO 27001 with EU and US hosting. If you need those things on paper, Synthflow may still be the right choice, and some of the alternatives below cannot match it on certifications.

1. Retell AI: the closest self-serve replacement
Retell is a voice agent platform with a drag-and-drop conversation builder, inbound and outbound calling, and batch calling from a CSV with scheduled call windows.
- Pricing: pay as you go at $0.07 to $0.31 a minute, depending on the model and voice. Voice infrastructure is $0.055 a minute, telephony $0.015 a minute on its US numbers, numbers $2 a month, and $10 of free credit to start.
- Concurrency: 20 concurrent calls included, then $8 a month for each extra one.
- Booking: Calendly and Cal.com functions that check availability, book, look up and cancel; Cal.com can also reschedule.
- Integrations and compliance: lists HubSpot, Salesforce, Dynamics 365, GoHighLevel and Zoho, and states compliance with HIPAA, SOC 2 Type II, GDPR and ISO 27001.
Where it beats Synthflow: self-serve pricing, generous included concurrency, and a strong compliance list without a contract. Where it falls short: its batch-calling documentation does not describe automatic redials, text or email steps, or campaigns that start from events.
2. Vapi: the most flexible, if you can build
Vapi is developer infrastructure for voice agents. You choose the model, the transcriber and the voice, and Vapi runs the call.
- Pricing: $0.05 a minute for Vapi hosting, with the model, transcription, voice and telephony passed through at the providers' rates. The free tier includes 4 concurrent calls; Core is $29 a month with 10; Pro has a $999 monthly minimum with 30; extra concurrency lines are $10 a month each. HIPAA is a $2,000 a month add-on.
- Booking: native Google Calendar and GoHighLevel tools; Calendly and others need a custom tool that calls an endpoint you host.
- Outbound: campaigns call a CSV of up to 10,000 contacts once, in one calling window. The documentation does not describe redialing unanswered calls.
- Numbers: Vapi's free numbers cannot make outbound calls, so you import a Twilio, Vonage or Telnyx number.
Where it beats Synthflow: price and control. Adding up Vapi's published rates gives roughly $0.10 to $0.14 a minute including Twilio. Where it falls short: anything beyond the conversation, such as triggers, retries, callbacks and follow-up, is yours to build.
3. Bland AI: one bundled rate on its own stack
Bland runs the model, speech recognition and voice on its own infrastructure and charges one per-minute rate for all three.
- Start: $0.14 a minute, no platform fee, up to 100 calls a day and 10 concurrent.
- Build: $0.12 a minute plus $299 a month, up to 2,000 calls a day and 50 concurrent.
- Enterprise: custom pricing, adding dedicated infrastructure, on-premises or private cloud deployment, warm transfers, SMS and web chat.
- Telephony is billed separately, on your own carrier or Bland's at cost.
- Compliance: states SOC 2 Type I and Type II, PCI DSS and GDPR, with a HIPAA BAA on Enterprise.
Where it beats Synthflow: you can start the same day, and one rate covers everything except telephony. Where it falls short: SMS sits on the Enterprise tier, and the Start tier caps you at 100 calls a day.
4. ElevenLabs Agents: voices first, minutes in a plan
ElevenLabs is best known for its voices, and its Agents product puts them on the phone through Twilio or a SIP trunk, with a visual workflow builder for the conversation.
- Pricing: monthly plans include call minutes. Starter is $6 with 75 minutes, Pro $99 with 1,238, Scale $299 with 3,738 and Business $990 with 12,375. Extra minutes are $0.08, and model costs are charged separately.
- Concurrency: from 4 calls on the free plan to 40 on Business, with burst capacity above the limit at double the minute rate.
- Outbound: batch calling from a CSV or spreadsheet, sent at once or scheduled.
- Telephony: bring your own Twilio account or SIP trunk; ElevenLabs does not charge extra for it.
- Compliance: a HIPAA BAA on the Enterprise tier.
Where it beats Synthflow: voice quality and an entry price of a few dollars. Where it falls short: the documentation lists no built-in calendar tools, so booking needs a custom tool, and its batch-calling page does not describe redials or calling windows.
5. SuperCampaign: if what you need is the campaign around the call
This is our product, so read this section with that in mind. SuperCampaign is not another voice agent platform. It runs outbound appointment-setting campaigns on your own Vapi account: a visual workflow that decides who gets called and when, texts them first, books on the call, checks for an existing booking, tries again, calls back at the time the lead asked for, and sends the follow-up email.
- Pricing: a free plan, and no per-minute charge. You pay Vapi and Twilio directly, which works out at roughly $0.10 to $0.14 a minute at Vapi's published rates.
- Triggers: a new contact, a tag, a list change, a Calendly booking or cancellation, an API call or a CSV import.
- Booking: the agent books live on Calendly, Google Calendar or iClosed, and the workflow can check Calendly and iClosed for an existing booking before each attempt.
- Guardrails: quiet hours per channel, per-contact opt-outs and automatic do-not-call when someone asks the agent to stop.
Where it beats Synthflow: no contract, and the campaign logic is drawn rather than scoped with a sales team. Where it falls short: no inbound calls, no native CRM connectors, no white-label option and no compliance certifications.
What 2,000 call minutes a month costs on each
An illustration from published list prices, assuming 2,000 minutes of calls a month. It leaves out phone number fees, and your mix of models and voices will move the numbers.
| Option | Approximate monthly cost | What is included |
|---|---|---|
| Synthflow | At least $2,500 | A $30,000 a year Enterprise contract, whatever the minutes |
| Retell AI | $140 to $620 | Its published all-in range of $0.07 to $0.31 a minute |
| Vapi | About $190 to $290 | $0.05 hosting plus model, transcription, voice and Twilio at provider rates |
| Bland AI, Start | $280 plus telephony | $0.14 a minute; telephony billed separately |
| Bland AI, Build | $539 plus telephony | $0.12 a minute plus the $299 platform fee |
| ElevenLabs Agents, Pro | About $160 plus model and telephony | $99 for 1,238 minutes, then $0.08 a minute |
| SuperCampaign | About $190 to $290 | No platform charge; your Vapi and Twilio usage |
How to choose
- You need SOC 2, HIPAA or ISO 27001 on paper, and a vendor to implement it with you: stay with Synthflow, or look at Retell AI or Bland AI Enterprise.
- You want a self-serve agent for inbound and outbound calls without building infrastructure: start with Retell AI.
- You have developers and want full control over the model, voice and tools: build on Vapi.
- You want one bundled rate and one vendor running the whole voice stack: Bland AI.
- Voice quality matters most and your call volume fits a monthly plan: ElevenLabs Agents.
- Your problem is outbound campaigns, getting every lead called, retried, called back and booked, rather than the conversation itself: SuperCampaign.
Whichever you pick, AI-voice marketing calls in the United States need the person's written consent. Is AI cold calling legal? explains the rules.
