FAQ
Questions about pricing
Is the free plan really free?
Yes. You can create an account without a card, connect your providers, build workflows and publish campaigns. What you pay is whatever Vapi, Twilio and any other connected provider charge you directly for the minutes, messages and numbers you use.
Does SuperCampaign add a per-minute charge?
No. Calls go through your own Vapi and Twilio accounts and those providers bill you at their published rates. We do not resell minutes and do not add a margin.
What limits does the free plan have?
The main practical limit is concurrent calls: the number of AI calls in progress at once across your organization. Runs queue politely when the limit is reached rather than dropping leads. If you need more calls in flight at once, talk to us.
Will there be paid plans?
We plan to introduce paid plans for higher concurrency, onboarding and support. We are shaping them with early customers now. Anyone on the free plan will hear from us before anything about it changes.
Do I need Vapi and Twilio accounts before I start?
You can create a SuperCampaign account and draw workflows without them, but to place a real call you need a Vapi API key and at least one Twilio number. Both providers have self-serve signup.
Is there an enterprise plan?
Not as a fixed package. If you need higher limits, an SLA, security review or hands-on onboarding, book a call and we will scope it with you.
